Access is limited to authorized staff.

Terms and Conditions

Booking & Payment

Book online, by phone, or in person.
Payment is due at booking or before your session.
Deposits are required for private/large events.

Refunds & Cancellations

Cancel 24+ hours before your reservation → Full refund.
Cancel within 24 hours → No refund.
We may issue a credit at our discretion.

Participation Rules

Minimum age: 10 years old.
A signed waiver is required for all participants.
Participation is at your own risk.

Alcohol Policy

Alcohol is served on-site (valid ID required).
Guests who appear intoxicated (at staff’s discretion) may not throw axes.
3 drink maximum per participant during axe throwing.

Safety & Conduct

Follow all staff instructions and posted rules.
Unsafe, disrespectful, or disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.

Photos & Media

We may take photos/videos on-site for use in marketing, social media, and our website.
Don’t want to be featured? Let us know in writing before your visit.
Guests are welcome to take and share their own photos/videos.

Website & Intellectual Property

All text, logos, photos, and branding are the property of Egg Droid Entertainment, Inc.
Website misuse, hacking, or spamming is prohibited.

Waivers & Liability

Axe throwing and recreational activities carry inherent risks.
By signing a waiver, you agree to participate at your own risk.
Egg Droid Entertainment, Inc. is not liable for injuries resulting from unsafe or inappropriate guest behavior.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of California and Arizona. All disputes will be resolved under these jurisdictions.
